Nowadays, technology develops very fast and it affects our life in many ways. Some people believe that technology make our life more easier, while others think it make life more complicate. In my opinion, I agree that technology brings more benefits.
Firstly, technology helps us save a lot of time. For example, we can shopping online, do banking online and we don't need to go outside. This is very convenient for busy people and also for old people who cannot travel far.
Secondly, technology make us connect easier. In the past, people write letters and wait many days, but now we can send message immediately to anyone in the world.
However, some people say technology make us lazy and we depend on it too much. This is true in some situation, but I think if we use it in a right way, the benefit is more than the disadvantage.
In conclusion, technology make our life easier and I think we should use it wisely.

But paragraph 1 defends technology, paragraph 2 defends technology, and the "more complicated" side gets exactly one sentence:

Đó là nền tốt, chỉ là em chưa cho phía kia một cơ hội công bằng.One sentence, against two example-filled paragraphs for the other side. An examiner reads this as a one-sided essay, and for "discuss both views" a one-sided essay is held around band 6 no matter how sound your opinion is. A real strength: "also for old people who cannot travel far" shows you think about real people, not vague ideas. Good foundation; you just never gave the other side a fair turn.

02 Grammar
Một lỗi lặp suốt cả bàiOne error, repeated all through
Chủ ngữ "technology" là số ít nên động từ phải thêm "s". Em viết "technology make" bốn lần, đúng phải là "technology makes". Một lỗi thôi nhưng lặp đi lặp lại, nên sửa được nó là điểm ngữ pháp lên thấy rõ. "more easier" thì thừa: chọn "easier" hoặc "more easy", đừng dùng cả hai.The subject "technology" is singular, so the verb needs an "s". You wrote "technology make" four times; it should be "technology makes". One error, but it repeats, so fixing it visibly lifts your grammar band. "more easier" is doubled: pick "easier" or "more easy", not both.

Luật quy định bên bán phải giao đúng hạn, nếu không thì phải bồi thường cho bên mua theo thoả thuận trong hợp đồng.

01 Application (35%)
Trọng số lớn nhất, cũng là chỗ mất điểm nhiều nhấtThe heaviest criterion, and where the most marks slip
Phần xác định vấn đề của em rất gọn và đúng, đó là nền tốt. Nhưng sang bước áp dụng, em gộp hành vi của hai bên vào một câu rồi kết luận luôn:Your issue-spotting is tight and correct, a good base. But at the application step, you fold both parties' conduct into one sentence and conclude straight away:
Một câu cho cả hai bên. Chấm IRAC, phần Application muốn thấy em xét nghĩa vụ của từng bên riêng, rồi mới nối nhân quả. Gộp lại là bỏ qua đúng phần cho điểm cao nhất.One sentence for both parties. In IRAC, Application wants each party's obligation analysed on its own, then the causal link. Collapsing them skips exactly the step that earns the top band.
02 Rule (30%)
"Luật quy định..." cần một địa chỉ. Dẫn điều khoản điều chỉnh, ví dụ điều luật về nghĩa vụ giao hàng và về hoãn thực hiện nghĩa vụ, rồi nêu các yếu tố cấu thành trước khi áp dụng. Có căn cứ rồi, phần Application ở trên sẽ chắc hơn hẳn."The law requires..." needs an address. Cite the governing provision (for example the articles on the delivery obligation and on suspending performance), then state the test's elements before applying. With authority in place, the Application above gets stronger on its own.
Sửa trước tiên: tách phần Application thành hai đoạn, mỗi bên một đoạn. Đó là 35% điểm.Fix first: split Application into two paragraphs, one per party. That is 35% of the mark.

01 Analysis (40%)

Phân tích là đọc số rồi rút ý, không phải nói điều nghe hợp lý.At Distinction level, each claim needs one piece of evidence from the case: what share of customers is under 30, how fast that segment is growing, where a competitor has left a gap. Analysis is reading the numbers, then drawing the point, not stating what sounds reasonable.
02 Lý thuyếtTheory (25%)
Gọi tên SWOT, 4P và Porter cho thấy em biết các khung, nhưng "áp dụng cả ba" thường thành ra không áp dụng khung nào cho sâu. Chọn một khung (ví dụ Porter) và đi trọn năm lực lượng cho đúng công ty này, sẽ ăn điểm hơn hẳn ba khung điểm qua.Naming SWOT, the 4Ps and Porter shows you know the frameworks, but "applying all three" usually means none is applied deeply. Pick one framework (say Porter) and take all five forces end-to-end for this specific company. That scores far better than three frameworks touched lightly.
